As a service to our readers — and the local real estate industry — Palm Springs Life set out to identify the individual agents and teams who really top the charts in the Coachella Valley. To produce this feature, the editors assembled the leadership of the two local real estate associations — California Desert Association of Realtors (CDAR) and Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors (PSRAR) — which provided MLS data showing sales volume for agents and teams in 2019.
