With over 20 years in the fine dining and catering industries, Palm Springs chef and restaurateur Chad Gardner brings an unrivaled level of experience to Roly China Fusion, his latest culinary endeavor featuring modern Chinese cuisine with an Asian fusion twist.

Inspired by Chad’s artist-husband, Roly Carvajal, the restaurant brings a vibrant and elevated dining experience to the Uptown Design District. Literally. Besides their whimsical dining room decked out with original work by Carvajal, Roly China Fusion also boasts rooftop and poolside dining, as well as outdoor seating overlooking Palm Canyon Drive. There’s also a private room available with a window showcasing the spectacular kitchen.

Roly China Fusion’s bold menu includes such mouth-watering dishes as lobster dumplings, wok-fried whole red snapper, Szechuan brussel sprouts, and Roly’s Mandarin chicken.
