Kimberly Oleson

Kimberly is a longtime resident of the Greater Palm Springs area. She has been involved with all aspects of real estate over the past 27 years. She and her husband moved to the Desert in 1993 after graduating law school from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI to pursue their legal careers. Kimberly’s law practice focused on business and real estate transactions. She represented both developers and landowners with their acquisition, entitlement, and development of Coachella Valley Real Estate. Kimberly was grateful to be able to use her legal background to be an incorporating attorney for many of the deserts non-profit charitable entities on a bro-bono basis. Kimberly chose to follow her passion for real estate and obtained her Real Estate Sales License in 2017. Her knowledge of the Greater Palm Springs Area, sharp negotiating skills and likeable personality has been an asset in her quick rise to one of the Desert’s top agents. Kimberly and her husband have 3 children (all who were born and raised in the Coachella Valley) and enjoy all that the Desert Lifestyle has to offer.
