Amy A Hakim MD

Amy Hakim, M.D., M.S., is a gynecologic oncologist dedicated to treating gynecological cancers. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Hakim has training in advanced surgical techniques, including daVinci Surgery™, and the management of other cancer treatment modalities including chemotherapy. Dr. Hakim holds a faculty position as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Gynecologic Oncology at City of Hope.

Dr. Hakim received her medical degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine. She then went on to complete fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and University of Texas Medical Branch-Methodist Hospital in Galveston and Houston.
